Policies
Payment:
Deposits are to be paid at the time of booking (paid with card through stripe). Full payment may also be done at the time of booking. If not, the remaining amount is collected once the service has finished through stripe, apple pay, zelle, or exact cash.
Deposit Fee:
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, using stripe, to secure your appointment.
No other payments are accepted other than the ones stated above.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will not be eligible to book future appointments. To cancel, please contact me via phone or Instagram direct message.
Reschedule:
If you would like to reschedule your appointment you must inform me no later than 72 hours of the scheduled service in order to reuse your deposit. Anything within 72 hours will require another deposit.
Grace period:
There is a 10 minute grace period. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and the client will not receive the deposit back or be able to reuse it.
